I have a 2k(can be push up a little) budget for a fun car but must be able to fit a bike inside (taken apart). Had a look at a puma today was top money for one but wasn't a top car. Really after something with good handling with plenty of feed back, overall grip isn't the be all and end all.
FWD, RWD classis or modern i'm not bothered.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

306 GTi6/Rallye would be worth looking at IMO.

MX-5 (serious. Easy to get a bike in the passenger seat).

More sensible:

306 GTI/Rallye
106 GTI/Rallye
205 GTI/Rallye (I use my 205 for this exact purpose all the time - they can fit way more in than you think)
Saxo VTR/VTS
Xsara VTS
Clio 172/182
Volvo with a T5 in it.
Ropey CTR
E36 compact
E36 touring
MG ZS
Mondeo ST220
Golf VR6
Nissan Stagea
Galant (the fast one)
Scooby wagon

Lots of choice at that price point and most cars will fit a bike in especially wheels off.
I would go for the best E36 I could find depending on what engine you want.
I had a 1999 318is and fitted a road bike in with the front wheel off.
helpful that the back seats fold down.

How about a Clio Cup? My mate has his 53 plate up for less than your budget.
