They seem to be rarer and dearer than an sl500. Is this due to the air suspension on an sl500 being ruinous?

What are the common faults and estimated running costs.? Fuel not an issue, its just any unforeseen bills that I'm bothered about?

Also, they seem to be 9k plus with sub 100k. Have they hit bottom yet?
