Unsurprisingly probably another new 3 series for me next year but most likely a 330d, still tempted with yet another toy that won't get used so probably a Boxster as well!

Really really hankering after a 5.0 XKR at the moment, but they're not exactly in my price range. I could just about wangle it, I don't think I could justify it though.

Or possibly a 996 Turbo, but I think that's in dreamland.

Thinking 986 boxster s, i dont really want one. My plan is to have some fun init for 12 months (tick Porsche off the list) Then give it my gf as she wants a two seater convertible. Must say i fancy a boxster alot more than an Audi TT, Mazda MX5 and Toyota MR2. The electric power steering puts me off trying a Honda S2000 as well.

I'm going to be ordering a new Subaru WRX STI for March 2015. Just need to finish this part of my new job, get on shift, book a test drive and get it ordered.

Dropping out of the company car scheme this time as not doing the miles justify it. Timed the other half's fiat 500 to go back same time so a full house refresh on the cards.

I'm eying an xj308 xjr for my commute, she wants a Dodge ram and then I'm going to see about getting an old fiat 500 i can fettle for something to mess with at the weekends.

Of course, I have 11 months and counting till then and will have changed my mind a million times.

Have sniffed around new leases, e55k merc estates, e38 750's...any excuse to trawl the ads really

R34 Skyline GT-R. I've wanted one for over ten years and I will finally be in a position to buy one around June next year.

I'm getting rid of a half-complete VTEC Mini to make space for the Skyline. I thought it was stupid at first but realistically, I'm looking at what is honestly a dream car for me. A project car - meh, cut your losses etc.

I only got my M135i in October of last year and whilst I didn't get on with it at first, I'm amazed at how much I've come to love it since the better weather has arrived.

That said, some things never change and I'm already thinking about what to replace it with. I want something that feels really special every time I sit in it and drive it and right now, I can't see past an Elise. I'll also need to find a cheap lease deal on something more practical for family needs. I'm unlikely to take the plunge for at least another year though - something to look forward to!

If I don't go down the Elise route, the only other car that interests me right now is the Subaru WRX.

Planning to keep my Chimaera for another few years, but can't see me replacing it with anything other than a faster TVR.

This is one of the best shapes TVR ever designed. It's way more immediate in handling and throttle-response than the Chim; I found it a real adrenaline-rush to drive.

I could be tempted away from TVR if come next-car-time I can stretch the finances to a Noble M12 GTO...
