Took my first lease car a couple of months back. Noticed a defect in the paint which I've posted about previously.

Quick email and a photo to Gateway. Suggested I use a local paintshop rather than bringing the car halfway across the country.

Quick response from the dealers VW listers (Stratford) via Gateway requesting I get a few quotes. They came back within a couple of days and agreed to reimburse once I had the work done.

Got the work done, sent a copy of the invoice to Gateway, had a cheque turn up a few days later.

Really happy they resolved a problem in a sensible fashion and within a short timeframe.

Nice to hear something positive, I have been toying with the idea of leasing a car recently and they were top of the list due to some very good looking deals. I am a bit nervous as I have never leased before, so this is nicely reassuring.

Never used them myself but as ClioSport gradually turns into FiestaSTSport, every single person on there is using G2L to get their brand new Fiesta ST's... not read about any horror stories yet!
