How often do you get given the "coffee beans"?

OK, sometimes they're given justifiably, but how often do you receive them, and in what circumstances?
I'm raising this, as recently I was given the beans 3 times within a week:
1) On a dual carriageway, guy in front not moving over to the clear left lane after an overtake, I'm still accelerating towards 70 and approaching him. I get behind (not too close but within the '2 second' gap), I don't flash or anything but wait a few seconds before thinking he's not moving over so I go for the undertake (which would have just meant me moving to the left lane, and continuing in the left lane). As soon as I indicate and start to move left, he moves left, so I immediately indicate right, and overtake in the 2nd lane. He gives me the beans as I pass. Pretty sure he was holding his position in the 2nd lane waiting for a reaction from me.
2) Same dual carriageway, opposite direction. I’m in second lane approaching roundabout (classic, 12,3,6,9 exits. I’m coming in at 6, exiting at 12, 2 lanes in, 2 lanes out). I’m in lane 2 alongside someone in lane 1. He begins to straight-line so I beep, he immediately swerves left. I overtake, then he spends the whole of the next mile or so giving me the beans and flashing, even when I was a good 150-200m ahead.
3) Exited the Dartford tolls (after the QE2 Bridge) in the outside lane. Moved in
a lane as it was clear and proceeded to get up to 60 (limit). Noticed there were a couple of cars in the outside lane doing 50-55mph so I just continued in lane 3 passing both cars until I caught up with the car in front at which point I moved to lane 4 and the guy in the 1st car of the 2 flashed and gave me the beans. Yes, I had undertaken, but my move on front of him wasn’t close or anything and still at the 60 limit.
Re, point 1 I could have slowed right back and not entered the roundabout at the same time. I had already anticipated the straight-line, and eased back a little, but if the guy had held his ‘lane’ there wouldn’t have been any issues.
Re, point 2, the guy had ample opportunity to move left before I did.
Re, point 3, clearly MLMs (albeit advanced to the outer lane)!
Interested in others’ stories, plus the inevitable critique of mine! I will have them captured on video, but haven’t had a chance go through them yet.

very very rare for me, probably because i am too far ahead to see it lol
a white van man kindly gave it to me this week thou after I overtook as he was doing 28 in a NSL, about a mile later there was a queue to turn off so he caught up
it was the normal how do you over take me / I beat you crap they normally spout, the concept of being legally allowed to overtake slow traffic never seams to come into there vacant heads, and as for beat him??? baffling
its far more common for OAPS to flash their headlights at me once I am 800 yards passed them for overtaking them in NSL roads, it seams to take them 30 seconds to realise they have been overtaken and should be outraged by it LOL but then 30 and 60 are the same as well

I did have a trucker (who pulled out without indicating resulting in me flashing my lights) do the little finger wagging thing, as in you've-got-a-small-penis, which I thought was quite enterprising!
I use that now as it seems to perplex people then probably when they have worked it out it's too late!

In situation number 1, it sounds like the guy in front didn't like you accelerating at him as if to say "get out of my way", and then tailgating him when he failed to move over for you.
In my younger, more reactive days I used to sit there and wait for the undertake attempt as well, because I didn't like the guy behind's apparent attempt to bully me out of his way.

Yep, sounds like you're impatient and aggressive. No need to hoot (2) because you could easily have predicted his mistake and held back. Assume they didn't see you. I see it all the time. I only know my horn works because I passed the MOT.Not surprised you get abuse from other road users though. Sounds like you need to think about how you drive.
Once that I can remember - only recently.
I'm heading out to Chelmsford on the A12 in the middle lane of 3 at around 70-75 approaching an on slip road. I've moved into the middle because of the on slip road.
I spy a battered mondeo coming down the on ramp at about 50 with nothing ahead of him in the slip or the inside lane.
I've already given him the lane, but he proceeds to come down the ramp, not accelerate and veers straight into the middle lane.
I flash my lights at him and immediately move into lane three as I'm inside 2 seconds from him.
A string-vested, tattoed, bingo-winged arm comes out of the drivers window quick as a flash - faster than if i had surprised him and tells me he likes coffee.
I thought little of it.
