Daily Driver €3K to spend

Hi all,

Need a commuting car but it has to be fun to drive
I'm in Ireland - Cork.
Have the family cars sorted -- FL2 and 110 Defender

Need something to go to work in every day -- something thats a bit sporty to drive and reasonable running costs

Any suggestions from 2 Doors to Estate are welcome
