That's what I wondered. They seem so ambiguous - especially about the milage on the cars, and them all being sold for spares or repairs, surely they must get 100's of dicks messing them around! Got some interesting stock, the two Cayennes, the XF & an X Trail with 185K miles on it. The Jeep Cherokee looks good as well. I've been around cars all my life & have bought some good ones recently from E Bay & bomb site places. If the price is right I'd be quite happy to have a look at some of these.
I bought a car from these people last month. They buy cars from auction, then turn them around as quickly as possible. They seem fine to do business with, as long as you're aware that you're taking a bit of a punt.
I won the auction, and was passing the next day. I called them in the morning and said I'd like to come and look at the car that afternoon. When I arrived, I was given the keys and told to have a good look at it, and take it for a drive. They made it clear I was covered on their insurance.
All was well, so I paid for the car, and said I'd pick it up in a week or so. They gave me one key and all the paperwork then, and kept a key in case they needed to move it. When I went back to pick it up, it was in a compound about 3 miles away, which they gave me a lift to.
They claim they make a worthwhile profit on about 40% of what they buy, a big loss on some, and break even on the rest. When I told them is reckoned they told everybody that, they showed me the invoice from Blackbushe for my car. I reckon with the trade premium and transport, they lost about a tenner on my car.
As the guy said, I could have gone to Blackbushe and paid about the same for the car, but I wouldn't have been able to drive it, or spend an hour going over it.
You need to have your eyes open, but you can get a good deal. I've got a 56 plate V70 V5 for £1800. Granted, it's got high mileage, but it's lovely. I reckon it would have been £2700-3200 anywhere else. If the gearbox fails, then I'm back where I should have been. If it doesn't, I'm quids in.

I won an auction for a Porsche 996 from them about 3 years ago for 12k. I haven't read their latest adverts but at the time they said that as long as I was prepared to view the car I could walk away for any reason. Long story short there was an oil leak from RMS/IMS so I walked. Car was relisted and sold for over 15k 
They seemed reasonable, let me test drive the car, had some interesting stock (BMW 645, Porsche, Merc SL's etc) and I would buy from them... but I would treat it the same as if i'd bought from a large auction house i.e. sold as seen.

Makes a change to have a thread about their T&C's rather than the seeing the older thread get bumped every now & again, whenever anyone discovers they (surprise, surprise) shill bid their auctions.

Never bought anything from them (although I've come perilously close), but they do seem alright. As others have mentioned, they let you walk away if you're not happy with the car. It's all a bit "under the arches", but the cars are cheap for a reason.
Go in with your eyes open and you could bag a bargain. Go in without much of a clue and you could get stung. As they used to say on Blockbuster* The Choice, Is Yours!
