45p a mile - what hatchback?? (208, fiesta, mini, polo)

very boring, I know.
My 2002 Ibiza PD130 has a failed injector. Been quoted 640 to fix.
I'm not that keen since the car cost 1800 2 years ago. It's on 145,000 miles. And it's not a nice place to be anymore!
So, there's a scheme through leasedrive at work - and if I use the car for work instead of my van - I get 45p a mile.
I'm thinking it will help offset some of the cost of the car.
My list is pretty boring...
208 HDI either 1.4 or the 1.6
Mini Cooper D
Fiesta 1.5TDCI or 1.6TDCI (what's the better engine?)
New Polo 1.4TDI in 75 or 90 Guise
So far, they all seem to have good economy - but I fear I will miss the torque from my PD130.
The Ibiza isn't a great handler, and I currently drive a Renault Kangoo - so I suppose any of these would be an improvement in handling.
I need to lug PCs etc around if I use it for work.
Cruise would be handy as I travel 150 miles round trip every weekend but otherwise it's around town for work, around 100 miles per week.
So - my thoughts were the Mini first, the engine sounds good, I'm sure it's good to drive but it's the most expensive.
Cost me around 260 a month
I can get the newest polo, Bluemotion tech etc and the spec seems very good. DAB, touchscreen, cruise etc for 245 for the SEL 90ps.
Then the Fiesta and 208 come up at around 215 a month and both seem alright, but maybe a different level of interior etc
Anyone has any notes on any of the cars and how they are to live with, let me know.
I'm 6ft 3 by the way, if anyone's aware of the cars being too tight for me!
just to add - the costs are for a fully maintained, insured, breakdown, consumables just add fuel contract, with no deposit and a 24 year old on the insurance!

My dad has a 1.6 TDCi Fiesta (2010 car) and he likes it. Averages 68mpg day-to-day travelling from Swindon to Oxford, reasonably spacious with a decent boot. Doesn't have a huge amount of get up and go but plenty for day-to-day use.
Interior is an OK place to be to in my opinion. There is a lot of plastic but it's not billed as a premium hatchback so expecting rubberised soft-touch rubbish everywhere is probably unrealistic.
My girlfriend has a 208 1.2 petrol and that's reasonably good. I cannot stand the clutch though, it just feels wrong. Almost impossible to pull away smoothly and the pedal feel is appalling. Decent enough to chuck about though, can't comment on the diesel engines though.

d. But I only fix PCs, not cars 
I'd go with a £3k Vectra Estate. It's so boring, but tbh, your 45ppm will decrease to 25ppm after 10,000 miles, so there's no point building in a 3 year HP scheme when you might be getting paid less after 20 weeks. Check this out with your company though, as they can always pay you above HMRC guidelines, ie a flat rate whatever the miles are
