Alphabet employee car schemes

A job I am interested in has an Alphabet employee car scheme as one of the benefits. The information given was brief but apparently it is a BMW and Mini scheme. Does anybody have one of these schemes at work? What is the choice of cars and prices like? Any information would be appreciated.

My employer provides cars via alphabet but we have free choice. Alphabet are just a lease company and I think each employer can set up whatever scheme they wish.
