Anyone lied to a car dealer?

I part-ex'd a 2004 Audi A3 2.0TDi Sport that had a porous head (common but major fault), an electrical problem which meant the battery went flat every 24 hours (which no garage could find the cause of) and it was blowing a lot of oil out of the exhaust because the oil seals in the turbo were about f
ked. Oh, and the dual mass flywheel was on it's last legs.
It probably needed a good few thousand spent on it.
I didn't lie to anyone though. I wasn't asked a single question about it except for what model it was and what the milage was. The dealer simply sat at his desk in a disinterested fashion and only glanced out the window at it once.
I hated that car.

I part ex'd a Xantia estate with alcantara interior. There was a blanket in the boot and the rear seats were down went I discussed valuation; because I'd braked heavily a few week earlier with 25L of masonary paint in the boot, and the container split. The rear carpets, seats, seat belts and door cards were "protected" and "beautified" from a charcoal colour into a sandy colour with 25 year guarantee 
Traded a car once and answered all the questions asked.
It however needed
4 new tyres right away
Discs and pads were to the limit
Cambelt well overdue
Air con not working - not sure what was wrong possibly condensor
Needed a major service
New drivers seat as metal frame had broken
Radio code missing
Cd multichanger had never worked
One electric window motor faulty
Internal condensation
To open the bonnet needed two people as there was an issue with the latch mechanism.
Kind of obvious why I traded it far too much work on an old shed.
It was a £250 car though
It however needed
4 new tyres right away
Discs and pads were to the limit
Cambelt well overdue
Air con not working - not sure what was wrong possibly condensor
Needed a major service

A guy I work with tried part ex-ing a money pit of an astra 1.9 diesel that had cost him a fortune over the 3 years he'd owned it, loads of sensors, suspension parts etc ( I'm sure it had been clocked due to the garage it was bought from, I did try warning him at the time . . . .). the last straw was the DMF starting to rattle. He was about to sign for a nice Volvo s60 when the dealer's mechanic came back in to the showroom and basically told my mate to fk off out of there and stop trying to take the piss, he'd obviously noticed the shakey clutch pedal straight away.
I found it quite funny, he's given up trying to get rid of it now and still owns it!
