anyone had any dealings with these guys thinking of doing a sale or return with them, any advice much appreciated.

I think they're a proper outfit, I've not heard anything bad about them. Went over a while ago looking for an MB, I would have bought from them quite happily if they had the right car in stock.

Yes seem to stock nice cars but not done sor so bit apprehensive so any opinions would be great.

I'd be okay with this, hang onto V5 etc until a sale and terms are agreed. If no sale at least you get a free valet. smile

Heard some horror stories about company's not coughing up when sale completed despite appearances

I've heard no adverse re Choice (although it's always easier with an outfit you know) Trust needs to go both ways. If you hang onto the V5 till a sale is agreed.

As a dealer SOR means they can reduce costs/risk.
As a salesman SOR cars are always a PITA. i.e. getting hold of you @ the weekend when a serious offer is on the table but slightly below the figure you want. People who are unrealistic re value so cars end up cluttering the place up. Prepping a car/paperwork/cherished transfers/hidden costs etc all take more time so delivering the car takes longer.

If you're not comfortable with SOR then sell your car to them (albeit a lower figure)

This guy does SOR/Brokeridge but is a much smaller outfit

No idea about SOR but I purchased by previous car from them and they were great.

Ok pretty positive at the mo then, cars they have seem pretty high end but when I read about verdii etc makes you paranoid !
