Help with confirming CAP ID codes

I'm hoping that someone will be able to help me with finding out the correct CAP ID code for my car.
I'm looking to sell my Jeep Wrangler to a trade buyer but they are having trouble confirming the exact model details. The Jeep is a 2013 model, which was manufactured in the USA in May 2013 (according to the sticker on the car body). It was first registerted in the UK in December 2013 and was bought from a Jeep main dealer.
The trade buyer seems to think that it is an earlier model, which has been stood around before being registered. The buyer says that the CAP ID for the Jeep is 36163, which gives a much lower value compared against the value of the 2013 model year.
I've tried looking online to find out what model that CAP ID refers to, and also i'd like to find out the CAP ID for the model that I know that I have.
Are the CAP codes avaialble anywhere or is it a subscriber only service with CAP themselves?
