I was working Colchester for a while earlier in the year and popped in about a 911 C4 they had at the time and got them to appraise the TT and they offered about 75% of bottom book. Wasn't impressed and they got a little rude when questioned over their valuation process ... Before that point though I couldn't fault them tbh ... I didn't buy from them though

Hoping to buy outright rather than trade in so not too fussed about that side just wondered if cars are good and if they stand by their cars .

Bought an E61 M5 from them last year. Couldn't fault the experience at all, although I never had to claim on their provided warranty so can't give an opinion on that aspect.
