Classifieds advert help please!

I recently put up an advert on Pistonheads, when I submitted, it saved under 'other makes/models' category when I need it in 'E46 M3' category. I have emailed them and called several times, leaving voicemails too. I am getting no answer from them. Can somebody help me?
