Anyone been caught by HADECS 3?

Driving on the M25 yesterday at somewhere between J23 and J24 (I think).

I may have been around an indicated 80.

I don't think it flashed me but as I was pulling back into L1, I saw in my nearside mirror a flash from the horrible grey bd.

I was a few hundred yards on so too far away for it to be flashing me but hope it didn't get me earlier and I didn't realise.

Has anyone had a ticket from one of these? I believe they are now fully operational.

I don't know what a HADECS3 is, but I was flashed on the M25 a couple of months ago. Nothing came through.
