Main dealer service plans (German car)

Hey folks, so my wives car has full main dealer history from our local dealer for 6 years.
Last year the offered us a service plan by post which I took.
All was well and we had the next 10k service done on plan. We just had the next one yesterday and we were told it won't now need a service for 2 years or 20k.
Now I'm not a fan of long life services and said why weren't we asked they say all the services are like that now.
Also all the doors are stiff and the bonnet latch seized and they say that they haven't lubricated these items in services for years......thoughts?
