Helppppppppp.

Here is the background to this story...A lorry went into my partner's TT whilst she was at a set of traffic lights and obviously damaged the car.

Nationwide take the car away to be repair and re-wrapped.

1 month later she gets a call to come and collect her car so I go with her to check it over.

The bonnet wasn't aligned correctly, a parking sensor was pushed in and a rear brake light was out. I said we aren't taking the car back like this.

So they fixed it whilst we were there....

We then get the car again and now very suspicious I have a very good look over the car. There is a scratch on the bonnet, rear left bumber, a cut to the right/rear side skit of the wrap and the right side skirt isn't connected properly and has broken clips.

I said we are not taking the car back like this, the scratches and wrap cut were not on the car before it was sent away so obviously this has been done in your hands.

Nationwide called back today and said Wrap Kings are not going to wrap the car again and remove the scratches because it has been too long and it wasn't them. Nationwide are saying it wasn't them either.

It was obviously one of them and now both companies are refusing to fix it.

Do we get in touch with the insurance again?

I blame NW for not checking over the car correctly, they had it a week and a half before we collected (due to us being on holiday)

Make a complaint through the lorrys insurance.

Currently in a battle with them because the lorry drove off claiming he knew nothing about it even though he pushed the car into the curb.

Did your own insurance arrange the repair?
