Another car v car / what to buy post...

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Looking at a choice of two very different cars...

2003 BMW Ci Clubsport (the one with the marmite spoiler and split rims) or an 03-05 Seat Leon Cupra R (BAM 225 engine)

Both cars are within a budget of around £3500

Would like to hear peoples views on either, especially if they have first hand experience with both cars

No alternative car suggestions please, spent a long time whittling it down to these two and thats not what I'm after...

What are your thoughts on the two and which would you buy given the choice?

Do you prefer 4 cylinders or 6? N/A or turbo? RWD or FWD? Two very different cars as you say. Both good value for the performance. I have a Cupra r but have not had a 330, only an E36 m3. I prefer the Cupra to that. Any questions just ask.

No experience with the Cupra but had a 'standard' 330 Ci and while i felt it sounded slightly muted at times thought it was a great car. Loads of cheap parts out there should you wish to go down the modifying route.

Probably best to try both before you buy.
