Have a set of Michelin road tyres that were on my Jimny when i purchased it, they will be going back on when selling it

I have replaced them with some all terrain tyres

To store the road tyres in my loft is it wise to deflate, inflate, rub them in badger tears etc. Or just whack em up there and forget about em?

i would just deflate them and if you can keep them in the house in a cupboard or such where temps are more consistent (this should prevent the rubber from deteriorating so fast)

How long for? I'd be happy to leave them for a few months, might let the pressure down to 20, make sure they're not stacked on top of each other on a skinny joist.

Deflate, stick in storage (basement preferable due to more stable temps) on their side, cover completely over with black plastic or a thick blanket.

So long as they stay in the dark they should be ok for a while. I mean not 10 years or so but a couple of years probably won't matter.

I assum you don't have normal house loft hatch, as no way I could fit wheels up there lol
