Yeah, I saw that -- but it's years out of date.
Here's the thing. The fashionistas have been driving a trend to fitting bigger and bigger low profile tyres for a few years.
It's got to a point where tyre choice (especially at the budget/performance end, the market traditionally supplied by Falken and Uniroyal) has pretty much dried up in 15". But, arguably, MR2 Mk2s handle better on 15s (and certainly cope with "modern" road surfaces better).
So, the idea is to try and get a list of cars that use that tyre size, thrust it in front of a tyre manufacturer, hope they bite.
