Driving along the side of the road, stopping every so often where the guy walking beside it appeared to let some liquid out into the gutter, then entered something into the device he's holding.

The writing on the side of the cab says "Working for East Sussex Highways" for those that can't see it due to the shocking pics.

Obviously terrorists, they're pumping something into the drains so when infidels use the toilet it blows them up...

But I just had a st and the only thing that were explosive were my bowels?

I'm guessing they hadnt used enough product, it only produced a small internal explosion, you were lucky, you should have been blown through the roof!

Gullies (roadside gutters and drains) collect water running off the road and over pavement kerbs, so it can go down drains into the sewer system.
Gullies can become blocked and overflow through leaves, debris and grit collecting in the gully pot. This can lead to roadside flooding.
