Origin b2 radar dector PC update cable

Anyone by chance have one if these that can lend me the update cable? Came with the car but no cable, seems a good bit of kit so will update if I can, thanks Gary

I'm not sure if you can still update them, as the database they used is different to the one operated on the Pogo that replaced it. I used to have the B2 in my Focus RS but haven't used it since the car got taken off the road 3 years ago, so stopped the annual renewal at the same time.

Origin Tech merged with another company and basically replaced the B2 with "Pogo" alert system about 3 (maybe 4) years ago. When that happened i remember receiving an email from them saying that the updates for cameras would continue for about 6-9 months before being phased out.

I then used to receive at least 1 promotional email from them every week without fail with them trying to get me to "trade" the B2 in for a Pogo, with a countdown of xxx days to go before Origin support ends.

Sorry, I can't help, but the post title dragged me in. I used to run a B2 and had the radar detector add on (they called it a garage door opener!). It just struck me as a slightly odd request, a bit like "has anyone got a charger for a Nokia 6310".

Best of luck finding a cable though.
