rubber sill grommit

Hey I removed one of the rubber sill plugs on my car, to do abit of rust treatment, However when putting it back I accidently dropped it in the sill and can't seem to fish it back out. Is this a major problem?

The plugs are on top off the sills you have to peal back the cars carpet to get to them.
