Importing cars from abroad and how not to get done over?
Discussion
Ive think ive found bit of a bargain buy in the form of a E type jag convertible rust free left hooker for £13000 witch just seems a little to cheap.
The cars in grease and the seller a classic car garage has said he can ship the car over to Southampton for 750 euro
This seems a little to good to be true as the car was first advertised as being in France but the seller has said this is where his restoration garage is.
How do you go about finding out if the company and car actually exist?

The location is irrelevant. Doesn't matter if it's Athens, Aberdeen, Abergavenny, Nigeria.
You've seen a car advertised that "seems too cheap", and you're thinking of buying it unseen, sending the vendor the money and he'll arrange transport. What could _possibly_ go wrong...?
This is probably more accurate. You've seen a car advertised that "seems too cheap", and you're thinking of buying it unseen, sending the vendor the money and he'll arrange transport. What could _possibly_ go wrong...?
