Does anyone know the exact name of this colour ?

Velvet Blue from the Individual Range, ditto the Champagne leather and Light Maple Wood trim.
Interlagos Blue looks similar in certain lights, however it was only introduced in 2005 for the E60 M5 (also found on E46 M3 CS that year, then M6, Z4M Roadster and Coupe from 2006-), so won't be that on a 53 reg non-M E46.

It's just regular 'Sand beige' with optional Birch. Neither are individual.Interlagos Blue looks similar in certain lights, however it was only introduced in 2005 for the E60 M5 (also found on E46 M3 CS that year, then M6, Z4M Roadster and Coupe from 2006-), so won't be that on a 53 reg non-M E46.
Champagne is much whiter and only comes with all black trim and carpet. Here is an example of Champagne (extended leather option with lower dash and console) and Maple:

The car isn't an individual unless someone removed the 'Individual' sill trims and replaced them with the M Sport version (seems unlikely).
The lighting in the dealer photo is masking the real tone of the interior, likewise with the paint.
You're right, well spotted. Jeez that is distorting it to make Topaz look so much like Velvet!
If you're considering buying it OP, it's very simply answered by asking the seller to look at the plate under the bonnet.
Or if you can obtain the VIN, there are VIN decoders available online that will itemise the original build spec of the vehicle.

You're both quite right - it was discontinued as the 'standard' blue. Here's Mystic:If you're considering buying it OP, it's very simply answered by asking the seller to look at the plate under the bonnet.

Now that really does look like Velvet or Interlagos, has that hint of purple to it. Mystic normally looks a very dull colour.
The owner seems to think it's Mystic http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=32...I'm going for a pint, in a green pub
