Another What Car Thread...........(sorry)

Hi all,

Struggling with the vast aray of options out there at the moment.

I am looking to get a fast, reliable motor for c £12-15k. Insurance, running costs (within reason) and fuel is no problem.

I have until recently had an S2000 and an Audi A5 (2.0 tfsi) and ideally want a mix of both, with more poke. The A5 was nice but felt fairly sedate to drive, the S2k felt great but is old now.

Test drove a BMW 135i and wasnt impressed, felt slow (wasnt slow, but felt it)
Sat in a Cayman, but didnt really fit in the seats.
think an 370z is out of budget


Any advice would be great.

PS - the feeling of speed is the main draw for me!

335 i had assumed would be slower feeling than the 135i

650 would be nice - I havent driven a big engined beemer, do they feel quick?

Evo has always appealed to me
