Jeremy Clarkson said he 'hated it' because it wasn't as good as an M5 (despite at full price being half the cost). I can state for the record that this car is considerably quicker than an M5, and will out handle one too.

Note this car has no handling upgrades , i may be wrong but as far as i know any M5 will handle better than most if not all other big saloons .

Ebay ad reckons it averages 21mpg driven around town?

The official government figure reckons 13.5mpg, which is slightly more accurate.

Even with his claimed power output, it's a fair way behind an M5 in terms of power-to-weight ratio.

500bhp, 1855kg

Add to that the auto box and I find it highly unlikely it's faster than an M5.
