in-car CCTV

Im looking to get some cameras placed in the car to record out from the front, sides and rear of the car to prevent vandalism for a period of about 12 hours. Can anyone recommend something that will do the job and do it well? Cheers!

2 dash cams, one at the front facing backwards and one at the back facing forwards. The wide angle should catch the sides as well?

Whilst were at it, how do these in car dash cams record, how do the batteries last? Does it saved to a memory card in the device? Thanks

How will they prevent vandalism? They might record some hoodies though...
