RE: The PistonHeads Motoring Week
Discussion
As we are sort of still talking Goodwood Revival, and a few more are beginning to understand just how good a Ginetta G4 is (pole position in the Fordwater Trophy and another G4 not far behind), and as so many Pistonheaders have never ever had the experience of sitting in this tiny British sports car, let alone driving one (fantastic car), and the very fact the G4 is still being made today (by DARE), here's a little taster for you (or rather, the whole bloody race!) of what it was like for Lee Mumford at the wheel on Sunday.

Bugger that TR4 or the G4 would have won! Still, 2nd place (and 4th for the other G4) was still good.
All those years after Nick Grace won in his G4 at Goodwood in the sixties (if you are wondering about the name Grace, yes he was the husband of Carolyn Grace who flies the Spitfire which Nick built).
edit to add
here is a few mins of the race from outside the car!
