Air Con Sealers

So what's the score with these air con sealer type products.

I have a mini leak on my Smart For 2. Not enough to show up when being filled as the vacuum is maintained during the process. Not enough to show up on the dye test. Enough to empty the gas over a 7 month period of intense use here in Greece.

Seems like a small leak so will one of these proprietary cans of sealant (R134a Super Seal) might do the job.
