A friend at works other half takes part in a single seater race series. He wants to get some track tuition to improve his time in the corners. Has anyone got suggestions of where he can go? Ideally it would be in a similar car, it might be difficult to use his own car as it's open wheeled. Maybe a twin seater type car?

Has no one got any suggestions? I've seen the likes of Don Palmer but any other ideas?

A Caterham R300 from http://www.bookatrack.com/track-car-hire might be suitable. Quite a decent 'winter' rate available at the moment (which I've taken advantage of smile ) - you can hire an R300 for £375.00 per day IIRC. You get a free session of instruction included too.
