transparent vinyl wrap

been wrapping some interior trims but stuck with the gear box cover. i can't wrap it as it is due to the gear indicator LEDs. was thinking to get hold of some transparent vinyl wrap that will let light shine through similar to window tints. anyone know if these exist?

Wrap it with a neat little circular hole above each LED's location?

any ideas how to punch clean hole?

Does the hole have to be made after the wrap is applied? If not, just hole punch it?
