The wheels look a bit like TVR350C / Sagaris wheels. The shape looks like it could be a T350C, but the lower bit of the bumper doesn't look right to me.
Did you notice the number plates on the truck and if it was a left hand drive wagon?
Only a hunch but that transporter only looks from the pic like a 2 deck wagon which is the norm in Europe due to the 4 metre max height thing.

To be honest I didn't really notice the plates on the truck. For some reason my eyes were drawn to what was on the back Only a hunch but that transporter only looks from the pic like a 2 deck wagon which is the norm in Europe due to the 4 metre max height thing.

The curtains were pulled in the cab, so didn't see if it was LHD or not.
