e-Petition to refine the workings of the new Car Tax setup.

I wonder if anyone is interested in signing this e-Petition to refine the way the new Tax system operates, to run on a Daily basis rather than a Monthly basis, to remove the loss of funds to a buyer/seller that would be incurred if a car was bought/sold mid way through a month.

With the system running electronically now, montoring a 6/12month validity from any starting date is perfectly viable, so this could be possible.
