Aside from the "not the Daily Heil again" comments, but seriously... The council have got to be taking the piss here, surely? What a case of sour grapes!

Anyone on here living near to this who could comment?

Surprised the locals wanted a bump. The council should have just kept quite and been happy a road has been fixed cost free for them. Why a farmer has complained is beyond me. I guess rolling arround in a tractor he wouldn't have noticed any potholes but a how a smooth bump has caused him grief confuses me. More likely the residents have had previous running ins with said farmer and he wants to get back at them.
