Could someone please ID this pimp's car?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oy2fF4RIyno

The shots of the car are from 0.35 to 0.50

And also the backing music if anyone knows it thanks

(BTW, anyone who wants to watch the whole documentary can do so here. http://vimeo.com/34990973 . It's an interesting but sobering watch)
