Anyone used Ceremex?

Hi all,
anyone used Ceremex (www.ceremex.com) to clean a DPF?? We have a Mini R56 which is having DPF issues, the local garage have tried regenerations (worked for a bit) and then chemical clean+regenertion but this hasnt worked well.. the light still comes on..
Ceremex were recommended to me by someone on the honestjohn forums, and they offer a 6 month 5K no quibble warrenty..
Although our driving patter *should* be ok, its obviously not ok for the mini and our plan is however to clean it and flog the car... but wanted to check that Ceremex's process is good.. (they sound ok)
