What are these? Just spent some time watching them on YouTube, with different makes on the track at the same time, apparently. Do manufacturers club together, throw some money in a pot and hire the track for there own private use, for development work etc?

Yes!!!But as far as is known the Pool sum realised for a years use is said to be around a Million Euros.If all the members paid a realistic sum each, there would have been enough to maintain and improve the circuit, instead of the low income received, and NO criminal activities as has occurred over the past years.
