New Fiesta ST vs Ignis Sport

I'm transferring from China to Germany in a few months, which will be quite a change of automotive environment.
On my last visit a few weeks ago, I rented a new Fiesta ST, and found it a great drive, in my opinion better than the Golf 7 GTI PP I drove for a few days after this.
A few years ago in Singapore, I had a very brief drive in a Suzuki Ignis Sport, and found it a huge bag of fun, great feel and character from the whole package.
Basically, I would like to ask anyone with experience which would be a better daily driver, and whether the Ignis could provide a comparable driving experience to the Fiesta ST in an environment such as that in Northern Germany (great roads around the Harz).
One point to make a note of - a slightly used ST goes for about 13,000 Euro, while an Ignis Sport with less than 100k on the clock goes for less than 3500 Euro.
