Anyone live near wembley?

Spotted a 335i from wembley prestige cars. Price seems really good. Anyone live close enough and would be willing to have a look for me and save me a long journey?

Looks like a proper dodgy back street sthole to me, crappy generic website, etc. I wouldnt buy an air freshener from there.

Loads of dealers using that website template. Went and looked at one locally from a suspect website and it was quite reasonable but deal fell through. All the best deals seem to be from these small traders, and they are selling quickly as I've already missed out on a couple that have sold within a week. But the lack of forecourt etc is worrying hence I would want it checked out!

Google street view will probably put you off. Whole area is ropey, just don't.

I just moved out of the area. That place is on the Wembley trading estate, near Paddington Springs and Euro Car Parts. IIRC, they're more a repair/service place which sells a few cars. I think they've been there a long time. Having said that, I personally wouldn't buy a car from anywhere around there. Parts, sure - I used to frequent Midnight Motors regularly - but not a car. Mind you, Jaz Porsche is on the same estate and some say they're OK. Caveat Emptor and all that. In then end, you can buy a bad car from a good dealer, and a good car from a bad dealer. A bad car from a bad dealer is where trouble starts, and you have to make up your own mind.
