Hi,
Hope this is the right section for asking this.
By some bizarre set of consequences I now run a small little Ukrainian tuning business/engineering firm as MD, and would like to share the experience, for a number of reasons
1.The company in question is owned by a nice chap and 9-grasses away internet friend of mine, who don't understand business at all, but having number of pretty unique skills he run the business without spending a penny on any kind of promotion. He’s capable of making very PH things like this,
without really getting anywhere online. But since Russian invasion the business almost went bust, and then I came in
2.I wasn’t even thinking of being a powerfully built company MD again, since I know what it is and detest the skill. I moved here from Kazakhstan (which is even a bigger s
thole) to learn his skills from him. He's a genius, that man. But seeing the state of things I realized that the old chap will give up in the next few weeks, and developed a detailed plan myself. After showing it to him, we agreed that I have now unrestricted authority on things business, albeit there isn’t really a business at all. So, with little or no money to spend, everything now depends on me, so we’ll see if I either fk it up in the next few months, or we’ll make it through, and all of PH will see it. Live.
3.Virtually everything we do is PH, since it’s down to making bespoke things like on the picture above. Drag racing, drift, 4x4 stuff, rally – you name it.
4.In the same time I'll be learning to weld (TIG, MIG/MAG, plasma etc.), CNC, general spannering, and even building my own car from scratch (even though I'm in total lack of time).
So I promise this will be very interesting, but there a few tight things, like inevitable naming of the, and my business plan, which includes European and overseas expansion, because in reality what we do is very competitive in both price and performance. After all, without trying to bullst anyone, I desperately need promotion, and PH is a perfect place for this kind of thing. But I also need a good piece of advice from PH massive, even more desperately. You have my gentleman's word that I'll avoid any kind of direct advertising or appeals to buy our products. Actually, there’s a world of hard work before I can offer anything to anyone in UK 
I'd be grateful though if you'd allow me to post a facebook link and website (the website is about two month away). Keep in mind that by helping me you help Ukraine, since we are taxpayers, and there's a war going on. We here all ready to volunteer on any day if Putin starts a full scale war. But that's another story.
