Winter Fuels

Anyone know when the winter blend diesel reaches the forecourts? (specifically Shell)

Background - do the majority of the miles I cover at random weekends - rarely know i'm going till a couple of days before - so it could be another 12 weeks before I get close to emptying the tank again. Today the fuel light came on. If the winter blends aren't around yet, it will wait, but if they're here, i'll brim it next time I go past my local.

16th November till 15th March for all retailers. So not yet.

The summer stuff is good to -5. The winter to -15. In Scandinavia it goes down to -32.
