Why wasn't my for sale advert free in classifieds?

I have just listed a for sale advert in the classifieds section. Whilst doing so, it told me my advert would be free as i am a long term piston heads member. I thought, "cool, how nice!"

However, as i proceeded with my advert i came to the page where i had to pay??? I don't think i chose a premium option or anything but was rather confused at how a previous screen said it was free, then another page made me pay.

I don't mind paying but could anyone clear this up for me as it has left me a little baffled???

Send email to admin as it's still free but there is some problem with it whilst system is upgraded.
