Help needed with working out company car tax and fuel

I've searched the posts on this subject from previous questions but none really answer the question I need answering.
I've never had a company car before so totally new to this so please excuse my dumbness.

I will be earning mid £50ks in my new role. Will my BIK tax be the full 40% for the year or just on the percentage over the £32 threshold??

I'll also be given a fuel card. I'm aware I'll get taxed on personal fuel but how does this work. Is it worked out on my personal mileage or a percentage of my annual personal miles. Is it a pence per mile figure or a flat rate fee

I haven't a clue and the HMRC web site is just confusing
