First off I am a BIG fan of PH.

I am rather unusual in that I am 40 and my chosen classic is a pre-war car. My car club is very good and does a lot on a shoestring but the age profile of 90% of them sadly puts me off social engagements.

I can't believe I am the only person with a pre-war car that knows who One Direction are (knows not likes) and therefore I wondered if there are any takers on here to build a community geared towards some of the more youthful vintage car (pre-war) owners?

I would be keen to hear from you or your thoughts generally.

Cheers

It depends on your definition of youthful. Mental age or actual age? You might be surprised by some of the old codgers in your car's club.
If a forum was set up on here I'd certainly keep an eye on it and contribute now and then. I wonder how many have pre-war cars on here? Perhaps setting up a poll on the age of car PHers own would be a good idea.
So far there's you and me smile

Used to have pre wars when I was in my early 20s but the " youf" were somewhat in the minority then and I an only assume as the years progress, will become more so but whilst no longer young I would happily contribute to an earlier cars thread and am certainly considering returning to the 30s fold again soon

Power to your keyboard sir
