The problem is, the government think they can make people use public transport by not providing parking. As a result, people park where they are not meant to as people want their own personal transport.
But what's more annoying is when people stop on the pavement and have a conversation and you can barely get past. I'd love to barge straight through them and go "oops" but I don't. That guy should be setting an example.
