Hey guys,

My RX7 has a mish mash of different colour lights in the car and I want to sort this out over Christmas.

I have read a few guides done by Americans and it looks pretty easy to convert the bulbs to LEDs. The only problem I am having is finding the LED's they use over here in the UK.

They recomend the following bulbs for the install:

Guage Cluster

Warning Lights

If anyone has an idea that would be great smile

eBay.
Just so you know, the gauge face is tinted - if you want to change the lighting colour, you need to disassemble the clocks, remove the faces, and strip off the tint with acetone...

Oh, and the light spread is rubbish as well. frown You get some really bad dark patches in the cluster.

He could and pay the markup, or just order them from source. I bought a pack of 10 T5 wedge LEDs from China for the same price a European supplier was selling the exact same product for singly.

The European seller was sourcing the bulbs from the same place I got them from, but was taking advantage of the fact that people in general would search for the application of the bulb than the actual bulb code itself.

I am happy to order them from outside the UK but do wish to have them soon so that I can start work smile

This is one thing that confuses me, are 194 the same as T10 and 74 the same as T5? They seem to have different sizes over here.

I will be stripping the guages down and removing the tint as one is green and the others are amber, I also plan on adding more lights to spread the light however one chap has used the circuit board style LEDs and has said there is a big improvement over the previous ones he has tried.

I bought a recent set of LED bulbs from this seller: http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/partsulike_co_uk

They're the best quality car LEDs I've bought to date.

Google Fizzmo. They have an eBay shop. I've put LEDs interior lights in my last 3 cars from them and they've been a) cheap and b) faultless.

Thanks guys,

Managed to get a load from various places smile

Should be enough to change all the guages to red as well as the A/C control panel and switches. Should keep be busy over the festive season.
