What is it with some people and standing the brakes.

On the motorway tonight, bit of a gap between me and the car in front, car in lane to the left charges into the gap causing me to brake, I give a quick flash of the lights to let car know I am there. Their reaction is to stand on the brakes, WTF are they thinking? Cue hard braking for me and the cars behind me, does anything go through these idiots brain cell or what.

Recently similar thing with an idiot pulling out in front of me on a dual carriageway, flash lights and cue hard braking.

In these circumstances who is to blame if there is an incident?

If you had an accident you can try and prove they stopped for no good reason, but unless you have video footage/witnesses it will generally be the case that you are at fault for being negligent. This is because they will claim they slowed down because the car in front did so but you in turn failed to do so.

Followed by 5 whiplash claims.

Stop flashing the nobbers?

By their nobbish manoeuvres you know they are nobbers, yet you seem to be surprised when you flash them and they act like a complete nobber?

I suggest you shunt the next one. HTH.

Front facing machine guns?

Rocket launchers?

Drive so close to the car in front there's no space for someone else to cut in...?
