So for me seeing this I am torn as to whether it is an utter waste of a good car or utter genius...

Clicky for info. I'm thinking a bit of a waste really. Unless you could get it road legal.....

They are all just cars aren't they. Also this car is surely more at home on track than cruising Pall mall.

Surely you'd rather enjoy it going over the alps, or other roads in europe? Just strikes me as a case of "all that work for nothing" frown

Admittedly i do like the paintjob. Though if it's not road-legal and can't be entered into any racing series, then i question what the point is supposed to be.

Trailer it to a favourite track each weekend?

they've been trying to sell that car for at least 3 years now, i know a few people who have looked at it and walked away for one reason or another (between them they own CGTs, F40s, etc so not time wasters).

IIRC one issue was finding a race series it would be legal in and also actually have it able to win.

Too new for vintage racing, too old to be competitive in modern racing, too ugly to show off. Maybe a playboy will add it to their toy box at some point.
