Rear reflector mot issue

The wifes car has recently come back from a service. One of the things highlighted was a crack in the rear reflector( not one with a bulb it is on the bottom of the bumper). Would the damage below constitute an MOT failure?

No but it "may" get an advisery issued, really depends on the tester.
